Eglin's Private Piece of Destin Beach

Here is my new favorite place in the world!! :) It was about 10 minutes away from where Theron and I stayed. It is a private beach access, so not many people were there. They also had a beautiful pavilion for those who don't like to be out in the sun.

Saying Goodbye

We took Mary and Chrissy to Landry's Seafood on Thursday evening. After dinner, we took them back to the college, then got a few things for them at Target and took those to them. We then said some quick goodbyes. It was really hard, but I know they are doing what God wants them to do. I'd rather they be in Florida doing God's will than in Virginia out of His will. Thank goodness for email and cell phones. :)

After moving into their rooms, and taking placement exams....we took Mary and Chrissy and Ashley out for dinner. Ashley goes to our church, too, and is in the room next to Mary's. Chrissy is right across the hall from Mary.

Chrissy and Mary in their new rooms...all moved in. They were so organized they were settled in rather quickly.

College Days Begin

Mary & Chrissy on the drive from Destin (where we stayed from Monday - Friday, but they were just there on Monday) to Pensacola Christian College on Tuesday, September 4th.

WOW, that's a lot of clothes!! Hope we have room in the van!!

Off To College

Here are a few pictures of Chrissy and Mary saying bye to our church family. That was hard for them. TJ went home with the Bryans for the day/night, so he had to say his goodbyes to the girls at church. We left for Pensacola right after lunch.

First day of school for TJ and Sam. Sam is loving 6th grade and TJ is doing fine in 10th grade. He loves ROTC....thus the buzz cut. :) Sam stuck her tongue out as I was taking the picture, and I didn't even notice until I did a review to make sure it turned out okay. She is a nut!!

Here are a couple of pics of the kids at the Faith Alumni Rematch soccer game. Joey Bryan was playing, so we all went to watch. The pictures are of Nina, TJ, Johnny, Kenneth, Mary, Chrissy, and Sam.
